My own mentality and behavior

Hello, this is a post you don't see often but I'm going to post it because I feel as if I need to do it for the sake of my future teammates. I use to be the typical LoL player didn't chat much and wasn't negative. Here's within the past months I realize I can be toxic and negative to my teammates. It's not something I'm proud of and really want to change. I can't think of anything that has happened to me recently to become negative and toxic in game. Maybe I'm stressed and don't realize it? This post is mainly to ask the community about ways they handle feeling upset during games or stress so they don't end up being negative or toxic in some form. I try to be optimistic but that only lasts so long. I do have those games where I'm able to stay positive but some games I just cant stay positive.

At one point or another, simply need to remind yourself that its a game, the allies are playing a game, and so are the enemies, there are trolls, haters, lovers, fighters, and whatever you are overreacting too is a mindset in the heat of the moment, as long as it isnt warping your mind, you are already on the right path to being above the toxicity [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
