Banned for Toxic behavior

Dear Riot,

I am sorry for being such a toxic player to my teammates. I don't mean it to be personal I just would get tilted easily because I have a strong passion for the game. See I have been playing since season 2 and been trying so hard to become a better player. I truthfully miss playing league a lot I enjoy purchasing all the cool skins you guys make for us. The game was always a blast when I had played with my friends we even created a team witch was my favorite part about playing the game. I am not sure if you guys will see this, but I am very sorry to Riot and my fellow teammates for my toxic behavior. I will not be toxic anymore I can promise you that. If you guys do see this I only ask if you could give me 1 more chance I miss my old account and would be so grateful if you gave me the opportunity to play on it again.

The sad news is bans for Toxic Behaviour are not undone for any reason.

To get this far you had to have climbed the punishment tier which is in the following order.

10 game chat ban 25 game chat ban 14 day suspention. Perma ban.

Unless you used racial slurs and hate speech which often skips you straight to perma ban, Riot already gave you 3 chances to improve yourself and you did not. A 14 day suspention is the final warning you got and it clearly ststed that your next punishment would be a perma ban. You choose to ignore that final warning and sadly it has now cost you your account forever.

However if you are humble in your words and truly do love the game and wish to reform you will take this ban as a harsh lesson and make a new account, if you wish to keep playing that is the only option you have.
