Got my account permanently banned for no reason at all.

My names is quasar77. So last time I went in my ranked games and trolled for 2 games with one of my friends.I did that because I wanted to take a break from the game and at the moment trolling sounded like a good idea to end playing it for a while.I wanted to quit it so that I can have more time for my studies.Cutting it short,I couldn't stay away from the game too much and after few days I tried to play but I got notified that my account was permanentl banned for 3rd party program use or game client change. I will start saying that I had indeed changed some setting in the config but it was just putting my attack move on mouse button 1 which is way easier for playing adc and I dont get why its not an option for this in the game. Opening your post by saying that you went into ranked to troll games with a friend isn't going to get you much sympathy. You're aware of that, right?

As for your actual issue, try sending a support ticket asking for more information. At the very least, they should be able to tell you specifically what you got flagged for, I think.

So you were ban for no reason, but then stated the reason being exploiting a 3rd party program? So you do have your reason of being ban. Also like reaper said you probably shouldnt open up your topic with you trolling your games. You already breaking the rules from that alone.

You are not allowed to change any of the configs that affect gameplay to give yourself an advantage. That is exactly what you did. Also, you went into ranked with the sole purpose of trolling. I don't know what you are expecting to come from this post, but the boards doesn't provide sympathy to people who ruin the experience for others...

I see so much hate towards my post just because I was sincere and added all details refering to the last games on the account.I understand you dont like trolls but I think too many people are over reacting and dont focus on the subject of the post which is:Making this change in config is forbiden and more than that, enough to get my account banned permanently?

Am vazut ca esti roman.Lasa-i coaie pe americanii astia slabi ca nu au creier pentru nimic.Ai fost platina ,fa-ti cont nou si urca.Imi pare rau daca aveai skin-uri,rp sau ip...e trist.Astia care au raspuns cu ura sunt niste frustrati care nu idee ce e ala skill.
