Got my account permanently banned for no reason at all.

My names is quasar77. So last time I went in my ranked games and trolled for 2 games with one of my friends.I did that because I wanted to take a break from the game and at the moment trolling sounded like a good idea to end playing it for a while.I wanted to quit it so that I can have more time for my studies.Cutting it short,I couldn't stay away from the game too much and after few days I tried to play but I got notified that my account was permanentl banned for 3rd party program use or game client change. I will start saying that I had indeed changed some setting in the config but it was just putting my attack move on mouse button 1 which is way easier for playing adc and I dont get why its not an option for this in the game. Opening your post by saying that you went into ranked to troll games with a friend isn't going to get you much sympathy. You're aware of that, right?

As for your actual issue, try sending a support ticket asking for more information. At the very least, they should be able to tell you specifically what you got flagged for, I think.

Trolling is maybe a reason to get my account suspended for a little but not a reason to get it permanent banned..I will send a message to riot but I am afraid I will most likely get no help and putting a message here will get more attention and probably my problem will get much faster solved.

Actually I ruin the game for 3 people while giving free elo to 5 others.I seem more like a good guy if you put the problem like this.

Just to add a little perspective to why it can result in punishment even if your own team is ok with it, throwing a match can make it less fun for the opposing team; not everyone wants a free win. Many times a player will report not because they were particularly upset with your actions, but because they don't want you to do it to other players in the future who may be.

As much as I want to believe that,lol players will value more the points than about other players that will face trolls.Banning my account for short period of time still seems more of a right punishement than what I got.I am still wondering if, as you said I got reported by players for hack just to get rid of me.

It doesn't matter. Robbing from the rich and giving to the poor will create an endless cycle where the poor become rich and the rich become poor, and then you rob from the new rich and give to the new poor.

I personally do prefer playing close games than stomp games.

Its more challenging and engaging.

If I'm playing a 4v5 game, I end up buying "troll items" just to push down towers faster and end the game so I can get to another one.

So .. ZZportal / Shiv / Tiamats / Elixir of brilliance and going full AS.

Yes, I will report the enemy for doing that. If I see them trolling and intentional feeding, I will report that. It sucks to play a game when thats not how its supposed to be played.

So you were ban for no reason, but then stated the reason being exploiting a 3rd party program? So you do have your reason of being ban. Also like reaper said you probably shouldnt open up your topic with you trolling your games. You already breaking the rules from that alone.

The 3rd party program is not valid since I answered I just changed the configuration.Use your head pls.I got banned for something else that its not trolling and it seems to harsh to be a permanen ban for 2 troll games in 300 games.

Considering the fact that hacking/scripting is a huge deal i would say 3rd party program is a very valid reasoning to ban someone.

Obviously you did something to trigger it and its sad that you think changing something in the setting would make you think that, that is what they think as using a 3rd party program. It goes well beyond that. Usually when they tell you that it could mean a couple things. One you obviously used some type of program to modify the game files whether it was to help you rank up, or win your games for you. Two you bought this account in which the person who sold you this account used this type of hacking before selling you the account. Three, you gave your account info to someone (usually for boosting) and they in turn used something to help you rank up/win your games.

All in all you did something to trigger the detection of 3rd party programs. So either come clean, or if you truly believe you did nothing wrong contact, and keep trying to contact support to actually look into it, but they usually know with great detail if you use some type of program with the game client. They obviously wont tell you said detail because then what is stopping you from giving this information to people who actually make these type of programs?

I actually advice them to give all the great details they have regarding my client.Besides that change they have nothing.I was platinum last season which means I need no one to boost my account or any program for this reason.Unfortunately I am not logged to op replay gg or any other system site so that people can see my games.If I had any hack do you think I would waste my time playing so many ranks just to get from silver to gold?Do some research before putting the blame of hack on me.

You are not allowed to change any of the configs that affect gameplay to give yourself an advantage. That is exactly what you did. Also, you went into ranked with the sole purpose of trolling. I don't know what you are expecting to come from this post, but the boards doesn't provide sympathy to people who ruin the experience for others...

I wasn't aware of that.I read that changing config outside the game is permited.I didn't know that doing that for attack move is a reason for ban.My fault then.Can a riot member comfirm this?

I know you received a reply, but what was the name of the software? The only third-party software Riot generally allows is the type that changes appearance of champions (ie. customs skins). Third-party software used to change game configs has been a grey area in A LOT of situations. A month or so back, an individual was perma-banned for using a third-party software to essentially allow him to zoom out further in game. It is very rare that Riot lift permas, but I wish you the best of luck. In the future, don't troll in ranked games because you "want a break from the game..." Just have some self control and take a break.

I see so much hate towards my post just because I was sincere and added all details refering to the last games on the account.I understand you dont like trolls but I think too many people are over reacting and dont focus on the subject of the post which is:Making this change in config is forbiden and more than that, enough to get my account banned permanently?

Am vazut ca esti roman.Lasa-i coaie pe americanii astia slabi ca nu au creier pentru nimic.Ai fost platina ,fa-ti cont nou si urca.Imi pare rau daca aveai skin-uri,rp sau ip...e trist.Astia care au raspuns cu ura sunt niste frustrati care nu idee ce e ala skill.
