Change the block system post-game

Each time i want to block a toxic or stupid person, or sometimes multiple people, It's kinda annoying just to get it over with when this big message pops up, blocking everything else saying "ARE YOU SURE YOU REALLY WANT TO BLOCK THEM???" and whatnot. I just want to get these people out of my life, and hope i never meet them again, sheesh.

All blocking does is make it so you never see that player's chat, and you can't get friend requests from them. That is all it does.
