It doesn't matter what they said or did only what you said or did. They were worse is not a valid excuse for bad behavior.

It is like saying "He was going 111 and I was only going 100 so I am innocent" to a cop who pulled you over. Your both in the wrong and would both deserve to be punished.

Because you obviously don't understand how that works, allow me to explain.

Freedom of speech protects you from the US Government censoring what you say.

This does not allow you to go unpunished.

Nor does it stop other organizations from stopping you from saying things that are against their terms, which by the way, you agree to each time you update the game.

You will lose this case faster then a murderer caught on camera covered with the victims blood saying he's innocent

This is a game, and also a worldwide phenom. Laws of one area dont apply to games over a multi-region field, even if it originated there.
