Yes i did. Case closed. Time for new account. I don't know why Riot doesn't seem to realize that banning people doesn't reduce toxicity.

Nice way to try to blame Riot for your unwillingness to improve your behavior. If your account was banned that means you were given plenty of warnings, chat restrictions, etc. And basically Riot eventually gave up on you because you've made it apparent there is no hope for you to improve despite being given many chances.
So you prefer leveling up a new account, and not buying skins just so you can be toxic to your teams? How is this even worth it? What excuse do you have other than to blame Riot for something that is 100% your own doing... and yet you are trying to make it look like Riot is the bad guy in this case, wtf.
Right they should IP ban some one instead just so they cant create any new accounts and ruin the fun for others![slayer-jinx-wink]

Why wouldn't banning people reduce toxicity?
they perm ban way too quickly, after 14 day ban make it 3 months and you think that persons gonna be toxic anymore? no they definitely wont
instead because of their zero tolerance bullshit players who get banned just make new account and because its a new account they wont get punished for a long ass time of being toxic.
