Perma Ban

So I was playing a ranked game and I can't lie ! I flamed but I had 4 premades with me while I played solo and they tilted me so hard....PS I didn't flame for a while and I was playing a game or 2 every day or two days! And As I said I didn't flame....I know flaming is a very bad behavior but I had some personal problems (I know this doesn't matter just saying) and the thing is they were 4 premades....3 of them really played awfully ! and that didn't matter , what tilted me the most was their attitude :( I kept pinging asking for help or blue buff but they kept ignoring me like I'm not even there and it was really sad....I know and I realize I shouldn't have flamed...I get it now but Idk if I can get my account back or something....is it possible ? What should I do ? I know it is my fault but come on everyone make mistakes! I had 2 weeks ban before June but since then I quit flaming....this was just one game flame and I got banned because of 4 reports from 4 premades..... :( and to be honest I've seen others who flamed more than I did and still got away with it.... :( I'm really sad! again, I do know that I made a mistake....
