What is the highest level player currently? Has anyone reached 100 yet? Just curious.

According to https://lolnames.gg/en/highscores/all/10/ the highest level at this current time is 46 :)
Just to let you all know, Toucan Celeste is level 129. His method is simple. He is playing with 2 constant premades every single game on Twisted Treeline on bots. He is farming XP by playing 5 minute Twisted Treeline bot games. That's why he wins every game. With premades, Twisted Treeline + BOTS, it's easy to have level like that. That's his method, nothing more. REMEMBER: BOTS, TWISTED TREELINE, PREMADES, 5 MINUTE GAMES. I hope this discussion will stop at this comment. Good luck and have fun.
Someone has reached level 115 named Toucan Celeste. They might be hacking because they are playing 24/7 with a 100% win rate.

Update: 3 months have passed since this question was asked and now the highest level reached on league is 458 xD, his name is Nolife Raphael and he plays on EUW.

pretty sure someone hit the level cap at 360 like 2 weeks after the level cap was "removed," then riot removed that one
