I Actually Fear for any future players stuck with this Toxic Guy

I'm actually impressed and may even set my bar for reports higher after encountering this player. First off, I'm rather low elo, rarely play competitively but almost always play seriously. I was duo queue in a blind pick and called mid. Within seconds a teammate typed that he would "lock in mid" if I didn't choose and lock, and gave me 10 seconds. He was chosen with support but I thought "wow that's rude" so jokingly switched between a bunch of champs. Its norms, who cares, I locked Lissandra and he had already locked Yasuo. Already he was calling me edgy, a twelve year old, plenty other things (hard to remember, it went on for a while) and basically decided to troll me mid. Me and my friend were laughing at this a little, in game however he instead ran into jungle, died for FB then proceeded bot to support.

I could go on and on but I can sum it up to a game full of not even creative flaming. Raging and blaming our Sivir for his numerous deaths, and sharing toxicity in all chat about how me and my friend are "edgy 12sies" that have lost the game.

To top it all off he kept saying his twitch stream was showing it, that we would get reported with a recording sent in, then shared a link to a stream that wasn't even his.

I am not familiar with how effective Riot's disciplinary system is, but if this guy isn't at least banned for a while, I feel sorry for any players to experience this in the future. Anybody that can only be countered by 9 tactical mutes and a surrender at 20 should not be in this game, at any elo.

More of a rant than discussion but feel free to add any other stories, I'm curious now.
