I think its fucking bullshit that i get banned by a duo que out of curiousity that one of those sob's was the one who started the argument and was just as offensive but probably WORSE. It's bullshit because you mfers probably didnt even read the damn chat logs. That sob and his duo que partner both reported me for something they were also doing all fucking game. That should result in a punishment for him as well if hes going to act innocent. My account is perm banned because these two fucking buttbuddies want to gang up and report me for something THEY DID AS WELL. READ THE FUCKIMG CHAT LOGS. I didnt report them because we were both in the fucking wrong. But here i am getting perma banned when that dumbass deserves the exact punishment.

That right there is why they won't get punished. YOU didn't report them, so the system doesn't know to scan their chat logs. If you had reported them, they would have been reviewed, and punished if punishment was deserved. Don't blame the system for not working if you don't submit the report that allows it to work.

And as far as a permaban, those are only earned in one of two ways... either multiple punishments escalating in severity, or one match of extremely severe toxicity, generally including hate speech, death threats or instructions to self-harm. If it was the former, you had multiple warnings during your other punishments to change your behavior. If it was the latter, the level of flaming would be so high that there's honestly no reason to ever use that much toxicity in a match.

Few things to be aware of here.

One report per game is the same as 9 reports per game, it still only counts as 1 report.
It's not the number of reports per game but how many reported games in x amount of games that gets you into trouble quicker. Once your on Riots radar you get less and less games.
It doesn't matter what everyone else does and in this case perhaps they were bad but depending on how bad and whether this was a 1 time off occurence they might not get a ban but instead a chat restriction.
You don't know nor can you say he didn't get either a report via someone else or a punishment if he did in fact deserve one. This right here is the biggest issue punished players have is they assume that person got away with something.

It's usually quite the opposite, they usually get nailed as well, maybe not the same time you do but they get hit eventually. You can also disregard all the trolls that say they troll and never get punished because they most certainly do, they just don't want to admit that Riot gets them. Oh sure some do slip through the cracks but then brag about it on the forums then whine when Riot nukes them. Both the old forums and the new ones are littered with posts from banned trolls whining about it.
Lastly take this as a chance to learn not to repeat the same mistakes you did the next time you run into a jerk(s) like that, it's fine to defend yourself but the moment you cross that line into flaming you've lost and the troll gets what they want. You getting punished.
