I GOT BANNED FOR NO REASON!

I Literally got banned for no reason. I am on a smurf account and RIOT hits me with a 10 game chat restriction with in 3 days! DIDNT EVEN GET A WARNING saying i will get penalized for further abuse (all i was doing was telling the people that were new how to build and play!) I just got of my 10 game restriction yesterday, and I GET BANNED TILL THE 12th TODAY! I had absolutely 0 opportunity to PROVE i am not toxic!

I was supposed to get a WARNING > 5 Game Chat Restriction > 10 Game Chat Restriction > 20 Game Chat Restriction > 25 Game Chat Restriction > 1 Day Ban > 3 Day Ban > 1 Week Ban > 2 Week Ban > (Optional Second 2 Week Ban) > Perma Ban.

It SKIPPED my Warning, my 5 Game Chat Restriction all the way to 25 Game Chat Restriction AND my 1 day 3 day and 1 week Ban and put me STRAIGHT TO 2 WEEKS! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS???

MY friend got perma banned and he went through ALL THESE bans till he got perma banned@ (he put over $300 on it) I haven't put money on this smurf acc yet. SO DOES THAT MEAN BECAUSE IM NOT SPENDING MONEY I GET UNFAIR AND UNJUST TREATMENT?! WHAT IS THIS?!

I thought this game was about balance but as i said, all they care about is money...

I think they went through today and banned a bunch of people, personally I never received an email on what caused the ban so I'm trying to get riot to resend or share with me the info they have that may have caused my ban.

The punishment system only has 4 stages, the first punishment is a 10 chat ban, then 25 days, then a 14 day suspension, and finally a permanent suspension.

It is impossible to get a 5 or 20 chat restriction, and it is impossible to get a 1 day, 3 day, or 1 week suspension. The 10 day chat ban is your first warning, and means that you have been reported enough to escalate your account to receive a punishment. This also means that your account will be more sensitive to bad behavior and if the behavior continues the next punishment will occur even sooner.

The amount of time or money spent on an account has no impact on whether or not a player will get banned. Only an individual player's behavior will determine what happens to their account.
