ELO HELL???

Am not rly sure what elo hell is but i think when someone says elo hell he is talking about people who have VERY bad behaviour ingame, feeding, flaming, cursing, spaming, trolling, feeding, cursing, trolling, flaming and flaming and feeding and feeding and....for two and a half years so far, riot employees did nothing, REPEAT NOTHING about that. Am playing lol for a very long time now and the shit is always the same...instead of puting new champs in the game they should really consider of improving matchmaking and punishments for peoples bad behaviour!!! Whenever i spoke with supporters about this, the shitheads have nothing to say except "we are doing our best" or even worse "everyone has the same problem".....!!??? Am i going crazy? Do i have to talk about period when reporting players was totaly unavailable??ofc not... sry for my bad english, its not like am not under fucking stress, but why am i? did i chose to play this legendary game to get stressed? nop! i do play it for fun like everyone else but i do get stressed too when i try to be a good teamplayer and guess fucking what, i get 4 people in my team who are flaming from the begining of the game and that now went too far from fun! The game is less fun everyday and people are ofc giving up...clap clap! they should be paid for that!! No seriously, i cant get into gold division even when i do my best in every single ranked game i play, and the question is, is it my fault? or some toxic players fault? or riots? or riots? or riot...just needs money? Now i dont want any dumbfuck support's answer but from someone whos got brain. is someone going to clean those toxics? this game went far from teamplay, now its all about flaming and feeding when something goes wrong, people dont understand anymore the concept of "teamplay"....sadly true... And pls, i dont want to hear anything about game ranking and how its working because it do fucking sucks a LOT!
