Riot just banned me fora false ban

These were my coms. Keep in mind I only said two means things to this Bard and the rest of it im talking about another player on the enemy team in my teams coms not all chat. I first say "You cant kill her top?" At this point im 3/1 against a taliyah top. Bard and the adc go up there to cover while I roam mid. She ends up killing both of them. So I get a little mad. Then Bard begins to flame me and I try to stay calm, but ther he starts telling the other team I'm flaming him and the adc which im not. So I tell him to stfu out of anger from this. From here Im still trying to stay calm and not curse back at the Bard who at this point is calling me racial slurrs, curses, etc. I mute him twords the end of the game so I dont know what he says after the last com. Im assuming more lies about our teams coms. I log off for about 3 hours and then come back to a perma ban. This is my first warning in 2 years. This is due to a long break I took form the game after my first year of playing. I will admit that i got up to the second chat ban in that first due to me being immature and easilt angered. But it never went past that. And now after Ive spent almost $1000 and 1000 hours on this game im perma banned. Thanks Riot. And the msot ironic part is that they say at the end of the ban message that all summoners deserve respect on Rift. Where's my respect? Also they dont show me what Bard was saying or any of the other players in the game, which is very frustrating due to the point im trying to make. I know he was qued with at least two other people on our team so he had numbers on me. which is incredibly unfair. I just want my account back. i'll take a 14 day ban, I just think this system is silly. Please help :) (Btw im playing Jayce top)

The logs you've provided are marginal. I'd be surprised to see them, alone, trigger a punishment. There's also certainly nothing to indicate that your punishment tier would be escalated, so if you've played an appreciable number of games since your last warning, that's surprising to me.

However, since I've literally never seen a mistaken behavioral ban before, I'm forced to conclude not that some injustice has been done here, but that you're misleading us in some way. Either there are other game logs you've omitted, or you've edited these logs. Sorry, but it wouldn't be the first time somebody has done that.

Edit: But I'm feeling charitable, so here's an upvote in the hopes that a Rioter will weigh in on what's going on here.

So this is all rather rude. It's not more than a warning for a chat restriction, but, if you're already had punishments, there's going to be an issue here.

It appears that you were insulting other players and generally making a somewhat negative environment. This would normally be a chat restriction (or a black mark on your accounts towards a chat restriction). Are you POSITIVE this is your only warning in two years of actively playing games, and that this was the ONLY game in your chat log?

I have 2 explanations for why you got a permanent ban:

  1. You were worse in your other games and skipped punishment tiers;
  2. You were as negative in your other game but got out of a 14 day ban.

From my understanding, this is a permaban for verbal abuse. You were probably punished by the Instant Feedback Sytem for the "bard stfu" comment (if this is the full chat log). You were probably also warned by the Instant Feedback System during your previous punishment that your next punishment would be a permaban. For the future, if you're constantly being verbally abusive, it's going to trigger reports so I recommend that you just not argue with your teammates, communicate via pings and focus on the game.
