Riot has nothing personally against you. The system does not know who you are -- all it knows is your personal punishment history and your behavior, and that is all it acts upon. Each player is judged by their own punishment history and their own actions. If you can provide your chat logs and your punishment history we can help you identify what might have tipped you over the edge.
The other players you reported have their own cases building in the punishment system, and when and if it is appropriate to take action against them the system will do so.
You're punished based on frequency and severity. If you were recently off a 2-week ban, then punishable actions can get you permabanned.
