Retaliation (aka they started it) is not an acceptable excuse to flame someone, let alone tell someone to kill themselves, the latter of which is why you got a 14-day ban rather than a simple chat restriction. Next time if someone won't stop raging or flaming in chat then just mute, report and move on rather than add another burden onto your teammates.

You don't say much here on the boards about your case and since it seems that you are non-english speaker, I try to keep this simple.
It looks like you have been punished for 'talking back' at someone. Talking back is not an excuse for bad behavior: You are responsible for your own behavior. He is responsible for his behavior. Next time you want to talk back at a bad guy, you should instead mute him and report him after the match. That way you won't get punished again.
PS: I hope that was only your first suspension "ban", so you don't have to create new account. The second suspension is permanent.
