How to report someone?

I recently played a smurfed game, and my teammate refused to communicate and he was verbally abusing me, and using "Hate Speech" So I just want to know where can I report this, I copied the chat log from the after game.

If the chat was done in post game chat, you can just use the post game reporting system. Make sure you leave a note that it was done in post game chat.

If it was done in private messages, then take a screen shot and submit the ticket to support.riotgames.com under "general game information".

If it happened in-game, use the built-in report feature on the post-game screen. If they're being a problem in post-game chat, you could copy the logs from post-game and paste them into the comments box on the report.

If you didn't get a chance to report them after the game, you can also submit a support ticket (support.riotgames.com) with the details.
