I wish to report a player from champ select for racism and sniping someone elses role (but mainly the former). I keep attempting to submit a ticket, but every time I click "Report a player for harassment" it tells me "You need to login" when I am logged in. Attempting to login results in an error and am unable to submit ticket. I just wish to link someone a screenshot. Why does this need to be so complicated?

I edited out the image of the chat you had with this toxic player because it is name and shame. Reporting players here is not allowed as stated in the Universal Rules. However, it seems you are having trouble reporting this player because the support site is causing you issues. Since a ticket is the best way to report someone like this if you are unable to use the report feature in the client, we need to find a way to fix your issue.

If that doesn't work, have you tried a different browser? Or clearing your cache? It sounds like there's a hiccup somewhere. You could even try a different account.

The support site has a separate login. You have to login there too. Just because you login to the forums does not mean you login to the support site.
Did you try to report from here ?

Report them after the game. Support told me they are able to see pregame/postgame chat as long as the game completes.
In the pregame lobby you may want to screenshot just in case someone dodges so you can send it in.
Support tickets are available for me, something is wrong on your end.
you can report for the racisim but not the role thing if its blind BECAUSE you are not ASSIGNED a role by the system
