Does anything actually happen to players who purposely ruin other people games?

I know their are some bad games for some folks and its easy to get tilted in this game but for some players to purpose ruin other people games just because they are not having the best of games like man does anything really happen to them is their really a punishment toward them? After the first 6 minutes of the game the support got so fed up with his adc that he just trolled and stayed in the base just so he wouldn't get a leave buster. I mean wouldn't be worst then just going afk and when the 15 minutes came around and we wanted to ff he would be the only one to still say no so we had to wait the extra 5 minutes. Someone please answer me is this behavior not punishable anymore, because more and more I am starting to see a lot of players still doing these things and not getting punished for it.

Nothing is happening no, Riot is more focused about making Lux-skins and earning massive amount of money - they dont care about anyone under Master-Tier

i just got taken hostage in game by a 4 man party and they did everything in the book you would expect poeple to be banned for but nope the vicitm aka me is the one that gets perma banned for asking them to end the game

Yeah, this game is done. I've finally come to the conclusion that Riot does not care about our gameplay. There has been an increase in people throwing games to make others "pissed off." There seem to be less and less players who actually want to play the game to win every season and nothing is being done about this issue. All we see now is who will make it into the finals of LCS and what skins you will be able to waste your money on as the game slowly dies down each year.

Yes things do happen. He will still get leaver buster. And delete that link any name and shaming is against boards rules.

In addition if you reported him and he is found guilty he will recieve another punishment type.

nothing. all they say is its really hard to spot unlike cursing and verbal harassment. penalty for throwers is light thats why people just do it regardless.

I had a mid Nunu who banned my pick, didn't mind; but then he ran smite, and just double jungled with our Elise.

The jungler Elise took the high road and went mid instead, but guess what? Nunu joined her mid... And followed her for over 20 minutes.

I checked their history and this person has ruined 50 games spamming this, there's countless players like this who seemingly get away with it for at least half a year.

i can speak from personal experience that yes, inters do tend to get banned swiftly if they're actually reported

It's a Riven main. Not surprised. if they are inting and they get reported,they will get banned. Apdo/adpocolypse, awilddraven,and permaban(infamous lol players in euw and members of l9) have shit tons of lermabanded accounts for being racist, anti-Semitic, issueing physical injury/death threats, and inting. Also if you report for afk, he will still get leaver buster. I know because that has happened to me before for vs reasons. It's a shit happens kind of deal when I'm living at home where I was dumpstered as Khazix because of the assasin rework and got 28 kills but had to eat dinner but I my parents kept pestering me and thretening me but luckily the game ended before any major harm could be done I just left the game running and I left a game before that and after that game, I got leaver buster.

yeah only the people that get tillted of them get banned. thanks riot for banning my champ for no reasen. iff you se my matches you understand why people leave this game. 2 many op champs no ballans team comps.
