Account Perma Banned for 3rd party app usage?

Its 2am here in Canada and I just got an email saying my account had been perma banned for using 3rd party software. But I have never done or used any such thing.

I have never "scripted" or modified the game in any way. I don't understand what is happening. I just made a support ticket. I did some research and cant seem to find a case where Riot has lifted a ban for alleged 3rd party app usage. I feel like I am being labeled a Liar and a Cheat before I am even given a chance.

This isn't a good feeling :(

EDIT: sent in a support ticket, been 16 hours, haven't heard back.

EDIT 2: Heard back from support, apparently my account was hacked. Didn't even know it. A few months ago I noticed someone else kept logging into my account and kicking me so I made a support ticket. Thought that was the end. Apparently this time they used my account when i wasn't on..so i didn't notice. Support said they will lift my ban this one time. If this happens again they wont do anything. I feel soo relieved I got my account back.

well same situation here, recently played lol was 2 days ago and I received an email it says “Your account was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client.” today and riot got my account permanently suspended! What is going on！

Send a support ticket here: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us

Players on the boards can't really help with things like this. Just send a ticket and see if you can get an information on this subject from Riot directly.(Highly unlikely though. I haven't heard anything good come from player support when it comes to 3rd party program bans.)

I wonder what that software could have been. Maybe something you didn't even know was on your computer? Maybe you'll hear back from Riot and everything will be better.

Same to you buddy, get banned 2 accounts same time and i have no fuking idea what is 3rd program, i send them 2 tickets for my both account. No reply at all. I think it's time leave this shiit game

Glad you got it back, but might I suggest using proper passwords and internet security options next time. Never use the same password for more than a month and don't use the same passwords on multiple sites. AND FOR THE LOVE OF FUCK never ever ever ever use the same password on your email that you do on other things.
