These accounts were all boosted/being boosted ^ Idk why the opgg links i provided were "removed by moderation" why are boosters getting help from mods?

All 4 of these accounts are/were boosted, account shared ect... It's obvious with 1 good look at them.

Why can't riot:

Flag sudden spikes in kda/performance paired with a new ip being used on an account? Also they seem to duo with eachother, so 1. New ip 2. Spikes in kda/performance 3. duoing with other accounts with those flags.

How is this not happening? There needs to be a boost/account sharing report option or something because this is ruining games.

Is there any way this can be delt with, i feel like it should be extremely easy to flag these sorts of things, and if everyone who gets a boost, gets banned they'll stop paying for them.

Edit: I notice all the people who made arguments against this, straw maned my argument and left out the depth of detection i offer by saying not only kda, but ip difference, duoing with others who also have spikes in kda/ip differences and who knows how many other ways one could think up to identify boosters with. Really interesting, I didn't think i was actually this correct in thinking that riot defends boosting, behind the scenes.

Also, i've managed to talk with about a dozen people who got boosted, more than once in the past 4 years and none of them have been banned, I talked to people I identified as boosters, who then admitted to being boosters, and claiming to have never once been banned.

If I can find these people just nosing around for a few mins a day, and in the process i've found countless names of people who have been boosted and even a few main accounts of boosters, why can't riot do something about it? Also, when you find one or 2 accounts that have been boosted, you can often follow their duo history and find another 2 or 3, and find more from those and so on. It's cake to just find a chain of boosters, since they tend to duo with each other to increase their win rates.

In response to your first and last question, if Riot were to have the system automatically flag spikes in KDA / Performance, it would flag a lot of false positives. There are times when people have really good games, and others not so much; sometimes games are just one sided stomp games that we all seem to run into. Automatically flagging could lead to more problems.

These accounts do get flagged once they've been reported however. Boosting can be considered a form of cheating, so you can feel free to use that report option when reporting them using the in-game system (though I do agree there should be more clarity when reporting regarding which options are for what). Additionally, you can always report people suspected of breaking any rules by submitting a ticket directly to Riot Support.

Players who boost, script, hack, etc are banned in waves. This means they won't be banned immediately unfortunately, but it's done this way to prevent these players from figuring out how the system's detection works, and therefore prevents them from evading the system in the future. Keep in mind when you report these players that you probably won't receive instant feedback, but this is in no way an indication of them going unpunished.

That being said, I've edited the links to the other players' profiles out of your post as well as the names you re-edited back in. We have rules against naming and shaming other players or accusing / speaking about them in a negative light, regardless if they're guilty or not. Please refrain from reinserting the other players' names back into your thread.

they are gonna delete this thread because u are "name shaming"

what a joke of a system, they wont allow you to ask for help getting punishment for players breaking the rules on the boards, you can only do so in the privacy of riot's support ticket system, in which they can then sweep it under the rug and tell you "we cannot disclose punishments taken upon individuals".
