Is MK lol still bannable?

I just want to know if MK LOL is still bannable, because i want to use it, so i can see the skin i want to buy ingame, before i buy it. But if i can get banned for using it, i dont want to use it since i have used alot of money on the game. Just wanted to know, sorry for the horrible english. :)

You can always check out lolking or even use YouTube to see what skins look like in game. There's a few people on YouTube who go through all the emote/attack/death animations for all skins where as lolking just shows the model.
