Permanent Ban
I am really worried about my account because i got 2 weeks ban. I want to ask is there a way to "go back" and not get permaban for my next punishment if, for example, i act neutral or nicely for a long period of time ?

3 months of not receiving punishments will lower you by 1 punishment tier.
Also, mute everyone in each game, always, forever. Trolls will get you reported for getting you to react to them. See no words, nothing to react to.
Just stop breaking the rules and you don't have to worry.
I think it's either a month or 3 months without an incident and you get bumped down a tier. So if you behave for long enough you'll be back to your next punishment being the 2 week ban instead of perm.
