Banned for 14 days?
Umm I just got banned for 14 days without even getting a warning? I got my 10 game chat restriction a few days ago, but never got my 25game one, so it just skips that now and bans instantly? wtf? Shit ass riot.

While most punished players do go through the 4 tiers of punishment, if your behavior was severe enough, it is possible to skip the lower tiers and be escalated to a 14 day or a permanent ban.
If you wouldn't mind posting the chat logs you received, I or someone else go look at them and point out what possibly triggered you to skip the 25 game chat restriction.
If you want to talk with Riot directly and see if you can get the punishment reduced, then you will need to submit a ticket to Player Support.

Other than submitting a ticket to support as has already been mentioned, there isn't anything you can do. Just wait the two weeks and don't be toxic any more to avoid a permanent ban.
