If you got a 14 day, youve already been penalized numerous times prior and the system puts more weight on reports against you. This isnt your first warning.

Well, you didn't. Threatening to report someone has clearly been demonstrated as NOT what Riot considers the type of communication that they desire to be going on amongst the team. It does not promote cohesive team play. It does not improve mood. It does not improve game play. It's just a threat (the threat being you're getting punished because I report you). Riot doesn't agree with you on threats.

Calling someone bad is similar. It doesn't do anything constructive. It doesn't make them play better. It doesn't smooth relations over amongst the team. All it does is serve to alienate them.

These two examples service no goal listed on that board post. That's why the punishment.

As for saying 'reported', that is not my personal opinion. I was talking from Riot's POV. I'm just the messenger here. "NOT what Riot considers" and "Riot doesn't agree with you on threats." It's clear I'm trying to talk about Riot's opinion. Now the other stuff is just my perception of how Riot has setup their IFS, and the posts that I've seen. I'm not trying to communicate my own personal opinion. I'm just communicating my interpretation of Riot's enforcement and policies.

As for someone who is seemingly talking from a position of 'have thick skin' (again... my perception), you seemed to have resorted to insults rather quickly (aka calling me a sensitive baby). That doesn't really demonstrate that you are clear and effective communicator who doesn't resort to frequently insulting people around him/her. While it may be unrepresentative of your communicative style in general, you've left little room in your original post and your subsequent interactions to interpret it as anything but your standard modus operandi.

You just said you told Jax that he was as bad as Fizz was... So if your intent was to positively reinforce Fizz about his performance, you did it in a really negative way. "Don't worry about Bethany calling you fat. She is as fat as you are."... you're still calling people fat. Another way to say it would be "Fizz, you're doing as well as Jax" vs "Jax, you're as bad as Fizz.". In the end, the message is the same (two players performing the same), the verbiage used is different. One implies bad game play (hence you're in essence insulting two people) and one implies good gameplay (complimenting two people). Positive based language vs negative based language will have differing results in the amount of punishments you receive.

You're constantly complaining about teammates, mocking them, being passive aggressive, etc. You should focus on your own game, instead of trying to tell everyone what he or she might be doing wrong. If you don't realize this, and if you don't change your behavior, you're 100% going to be permabanned.

I get people who critics me every game, I was 8wins-2 Loss in my placements and got Bronze II, i always do the Most dmg/cs about every game and when im behind i still try, i am the most sportsmanlike player out there, and my playstyle isnt the problem in Moba im ranked as a High Plat-Low Diamond account and every account iv ever played agree's, but how come someone on my skill level is stuck in Hard silver? too many silver trolls.
