Is ranked not going on right now?

I am just curious what's going on because I completed my placement matches for the current system but when I tried to play a game after my placements ranked isn't an option. Is there a reason why I can't play ranked? I am currently chat restricted so I get that maybe that's the reason but I could play placements. What's going on here? Multiple google searches returned nothing so help me out plz.
