Cant participate in competitive

I got chat banned because by mistake i banned my top lanner's shaco when he declared yi and he went in game and stole my blue buff (i was the jungler) and told everyone to report me. I refrained from flaming him or using cuss words all i said was "really you took my blue" i would post the chat log but league does not send it to you when you get chat ban. The whole point of this is that i dont mind the chat ban it doesn't bother me what does bother me is that my honor level dropped to 1 and now i cannot participate in the competitive game mode with my friends. Im just tired of having to deal with trolls in my games who report me when their at fault and I'm the one who get a chat ban. Is there any way i can get my honor back, so i can participate in this game mode with my friends.
