Perma ban without all offenses

Upcoming Upgrades to Chat Restrictions

So I was permanently banned after only receiving the 1st offense punishment form Riot, which was I believe 6 months to a year ago, I'm not sure. I was having a bad day in general with college and stress from home, so I guess I was already on edge when I went to play a match. I was getting camped mid, and 3 man ganked, and needless to say, I wasn't very happy. I said some pretty awful things in all chat, like extremely bad, since I was so riled up, and the enemies' reaction to that was "U make my day" and more ganks, naturally. Late game though, my team won, and they weren't too happy losing to someone as mad as I was, so they reported me.

After that game, me and my friends get into another game that we eventually lose. When I came out of the game, I was notified that I was permanently suspended.

I was mortified. I have spent over 2000 hours and $1000 dollars on this game (which I know doesn't really matter), and I don't want to lose it all, especially since it's the last connection I have with some friends from high school.

I sent in a support ticket, and I could tell that the guy whom I talked to just wanted to get me out of the way, since what he said just looked like something a machine would spit out.

Do I have a chance of getting my account back? Like I said before I only had 1 offense prior to this.

No, riot doesn't reverse punishments unless they were done in error. Which it doesn't sound like this was in error.

Probably not a chance of getting it back. It really depends on what you said in your logs. If you post the logs the people here can scan it for hate speech and the like which are 100% permaban-worthy.

On the topic of the ticket: Due to the huge amount of tickets they get every day, yes they do give pre-written responses first. If you respond to that ticket and ask that it be escalated to an accounts specialist, you'll be able to speak 1 on 1 with someone.

Open a ticket, if you feel the ban was unfair

Serious enough offences can skip tiers, even going straight to permaban status, so without knowing what was said there's no real way to guess if a skip was in order. I guess by your own statement you think you might have said stuff bad enough to skip tiers.

Probably hate speech or threats - those are the only two things I know of that will cause Riot to actually step in and perma you outside of the usual tier system.

Try putting in a ticket, but you're probably not getting that account back. Bans are never reversed unless they were entered in error.

That's basically like having a super high paying job but you tell your boss to **************** and then get your job taken away even though you invested a lot of time getting up to that point.
