Unfair treatment, even though Riot claims "equal treatment towards all players"

It's an issue that has bothered me since it happened a couple days ago. To give you a summary of what happened.

I've been playing a game of League, as all of us reading this sub do. We have been doing okay, with some ups and downs on my bot lane, but that's okay, everyone can have a bad game and flaming them because they went 0/7 is not something you should do. But, do you know what else you shouldn't do? Start flaming because you int and insist that's "gathering enemy attention" which is what a Jarvan in my game did. (to add a detail, I have anger management issues related to my BPD, so once attacked, I retaliate with all I have) And after he did that, I started typing to him while trying to use as much 'normal' language as possible with him insisting I have brain damage. Here is a chat log I received along with a 2 week long ban.

Mind you, it's the first ever punishment I have received since year 2011 (that's when I made my account and started playing) and it's an instant ban. Not even a chat restriction, instant ban. And if you think I deserve the ban because of the post-game lobby, it's just that Jarvan was still trying to type something, so I wanted to cover whatever that was with something that would shut him up.

Now, after I told my friends about it, they almost chocked laughing. I mean, yeah, it's two days before the end of the season and I'm getting banned because of a normal game, not even ranked, a normal draft game. That's why one of them decided to make an experimental account and try to earn a permaban with what he did. And just what he did, may you ask? He went 1/17, inting his way to the end of the game and typed the worst things you can imagine. Did he get a perma? No. Did he get a 2 week long ban? No. Then what did he get? A chat restriction. For being way more toxic than I was and for inting the game, he got a chat restriction on a new account, that has no history of being used in a positive way, while my account which has been used since 2011 and never once punished got an instant ban.

Here is the chat log he salvaged from his punishment, just be careful, it's really awful (racial slurs and stuff)

Is that really what "treating our players equally" means? Because I don't think so. And I know I shouldn't be toxic in the first place, but we all have our bad days and I think I at least deserve to have a chance to reform with a chat restriction first after acting in defense of myself and my team.

I'm posting it all here, because League Support Staff isn't really helpful aside from saying the same things over and over again and maybe here it will gain some traction.

EDIT: So yeah, he decided to actually name it "Permaban Adventures" and went into another game with his 10 game chat restriction. Here is the chat log he got along with, guess what? 25 games chat restriction! If that's what you call equal treatment, then I must have been lied to my whole life! https://pastebin.com/1UwQ6sMd

So cause you cant follow the rules and broke them you think you had a unfair treatment [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Riot do treatment people fair and equal as long if you follow the rules. Why should they see you as equal or give you a fair treament. When you cant follow there rules.

Why would you tell someone to kill themselves over a fucking game

I never understood being banned for the things you say in chat

I can understand being chat restricted/perma-muted, but how is a ban justified?

Next time don't break the rules and you wont get punished. We have a lot of options to protect ourselves, if some1 is flaming just mute him and report him after the game , he will get punished . Flaming him back or something wont solve anything, it will just get both of you punished. When i see some1 flaming i tell myself my account is not worth flaming him back :)
