I have recently been permabanned, and i think you guys need to review the game that bannned me! yes i was toxic but they were also after me the whole time! i eventually played the guy who harrased me which was heim 1v1 then i looged back in and im banned please review my ban! i spent so much money on league and i really regret being toxic! You were toxic. Ban deserved.
It doesn't matter if someone else is being toxic in the game, their poor behavior does not excuse your own.
Also, you have received multiple punishments before this. You should have taken those chances to change your behavior.

Most people say that after their perma. If you didn't regret it after your other warnings and punishments, why should they go back on this one?
When you post on public forums, you'll get public responses. If you want a private audience with riot, send pm's/send ticket.

After a 14-day ban, it doesn't take being nasty "enough." There isn't really a level of "nasty" that is ok. If you were at all "nasty," that is enough. Just letting you know so that you can keep it in mind for your next account.
Also in the support section under "Disciplinary" suspensions, it says this:
"Can my suspension be removed?"
You might also find the Terms of Use informative.
Asking riot will likely just get you a restating of their posted info, but hey, knock yourself out.
At least you know how not to get future accounts banned, so that's a good thing at least.
