Forgot to Report a Player for Boosting Friend's Account

Hey guys,

I just played a ranked with a duo, with one of the players claming it was a friends' account, and that this ELO is bad.

Throughout the game, that player said "kys", "retarded", and many other toxic things. I reported for that, but I forgot to report the account sharing.

Which ticket do I create through this site (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new )?

I don't see anything that fits exactly. Any help is appreciated. :)

You can use the category I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions for requests that don't seem to have a more appropriate section.

I forgot/didn't take screenshots, but their messages were in the champ select chat. Would the chat still be saved?

And yes, I will use the General Questions category. Thank you. :D

Yes, Riot can pull lobby chat, just give them a link to the game from your match history page on site.

RIP. Do you know if I'm allowed to use champion names/summoner names in the tickets?

I wish I didn't forget to report for account sharing... it's pretty bad and auto-ban worthy.

Even if it doesn't usually do much, I will still try. I hope they don't keep on ruining other peoples' games with toxicity and account sharing.

Careful who you look to for information.

Yes, you can use names in tickets. The name & shame rule on the boards is to prevent harassment and witch hunting, but player support kind of needs to know who you're talking about to look into it.
