Can you be reported for not talking and having a bad game?

I pretty much have a toxic problem. It's usually provoked first , but sometimes i'm just having a bad day and lose it for no reason....

Anyway .. I've noticed that when i don't talk at all, i tend to do 110% better in every aspect.... but even when i tried that, i was still getting the report notification at the end of games....

So basically im just wondering if you can still be punished if you don't say a single word all game , but have a bad game like 2-7 or 1-8 or something????

(obviously i know that something ridiculous like 0-20 or 1-17 or something is more likely punishable)

You can get reported for anything, but it's not going to hurt you unless the general population reports that kind of behavior as unacceptable.

Not talking is not against the rules. They even removed the "refusal to communicate" report option because they didn't punish for it. If you have to choose between not talking at all and being toxic to someone, not talking is always the best option.

We USED to have a Tribunal system that would evaluate your "crimes". However, Riot doesn't feel the need to use it anymore, they enact their own justice, they are the law.

Where is that Judge Dredd meme?

Not talking isn't an issue, but it depends on what your gameplay was. If you never helped your team or fed then now it is reportable due to intentional feeding/trolling.

Not talking will not get you into trouble.
