Deserved ban, but 2 weeks?

So I was playing in a game and got kinda angry, wrote most of the stuff for fun (because I was bored and not even out of anger). I do realize that, yes I do deserve a ban, but 2 weeks? I have not even gotten a warning for toxic behavior before. I do realize it was really awful what i wrote, but was just wondering if I could get it cut down to a week, since it was my first offence. I am sorry that my behavior got to this, but was kinda mad at the Yasuo at the start. I know I made a HUGE mistake, but would love to be able to play the game in a week instead of 2.

Real life threats and hate speech earn immediately escalated punishments. Frankly, with both, you're lucky this isn't an immediate permanent ban.

Jump on the Sea of Thieves bandwagon for two weeks, while you reflect on the fact it will be a permban if you do it again.

Amazing that someone here can actually recognize and admit they made a mistake, instead of having a meltdown about how the system is unfairly targeting them.. There is still hope for humanity.

I'd have more faith in the system if it was a permaban. Death threats should be handled more seriously. Mostly because if you were to be a nutjob and actually attempt to follow up on your threat no doubt Riot would find themselves involved in some bad PR.

Ban tier goes like this

First offense: 10 game chat restriction Second offense : 25 game chat restriction Third offense: 14 day ban Fourth offense: Permanent ban

The reason you have a 2 weeks ban is because some of the censor words are hate speech.
