Support taking all cs bannable?
so just got in a game and this support brand took all my cs till 10 mins and i had to farm for the rest of the game to get back into the game
is this bannable?

Sorry but no, riot has stated No one player OWNS minions. There is No rule that says a support cant take minions. Allowing Adcs to cs uncontested is a -courtesy-, not a rule. Use it to learn to improve your last-hitting.

Depends. If the support does it to tilt you, and is griefing you, could be punished. If you're raging/flaming at level 2, constantly typing aggressively instead of playing and not last hitting at all... and the support starts to CS and states intent to play to win/willingness to stop csing as soon as you calm down... without flaming or chatting past that... I'd imagine they'd never ever get punished for it.
Your best option is to simply leave bot lane and go mid to take first tower.
Your team will rage, but you can simply mute them. Since CS stealing is not against the rules, neither is changing lane to push tower.
I use this strategy as well when I am top lane against a bad matchup and jungler refuses to gank. Hope that helps.

not for one game obviously, would take many many reported games of role stealing to get banned.
