I got permanently banned

Before my perma ban I had been suspended for two weeks for an extremely extremely toxic game that I take full responsibility for. This had been the only punishment before the permaban and I had not recieved any warning or 'chat bans' before my perma ban and my two week suspension. The game that got me perma banned was severely less toxic, I simply said and regret saying 'kys' to a team mate 3 times because I was a little angry at losing lane to Garen. How is this fair? And can I get this perma banned removed?

The boards community is filled with the ppl who got bullied in school, so they're all sensitive. they're the ones rito cater to so I would just put that account as a write off if I were u.
