Started off fucking around with my buddies that were playing with me. Trolling the other team mates last night and now i login to permanent ban? I havent had any warnings or suspensions before, seems a bit tough? Is there anyway to reverse this?
If you were trolling, it sounds like you might've been doing things that could've resulted in a ban. Gameplay offenses don't get chat restrictions, and consistent or extreme behavior may result in skipping a 14 day ban and getting a permaban (assuming you haven't had a 14 day ban before already).
You should receive a reform card in the client and in your email if the ban was from the Instant Feedback System, but if you didn't get an email make sure your email is verified by clicking your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings, and check your spam folder as well.
If you need more information, please submit a Support Ticket. Riot will give you what information they can, but they typically will not remove a ban unless it was an error.

Put in a support ticket and explain the situation; Zero-to-permaban cases are EXTREMELY rare, a Rioter themselves told me that it is a very small percentage of players that get permabanned and an extremely small percentage of that percentage get zero-to-permabanned. So unless you legit dox-death threatened people in a game, I see no reason for you to potentially not have your permaban overturned. Keep in mind this is assuming you are telling the truth.
