Started off fucking around with my buddies that were playing with me. Trolling the other team mates last night and now i login to permanent ban? I havent had any warnings or suspensions before, seems a bit tough? Is there anyway to reverse this?
Deep Terror Nami4 votesIf you were trolling, it sounds like you might've been doing things that could've resulted in a ban. Gameplay offenses don't get chat restrictions, and consistent or extreme behavior may result in skipping a 14 day ban and getting a permaban (assuming you haven't had a 14 day ban before already).
You should receive a reform card in the client and in your email if the ban was from the Instant Feedback System, but if you didn't get an email make sure your email is verified by clicking your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings, and check your spam folder as well.
If you need more information, please submit a Support Ticket. Riot will give you what information they can, but they typically will not remove a ban unless it was an error.

Those chat logs are simply not okay. Out of the three, game 3 is the least severe, and it's still enough to warrant a permanent ban.
You need to remove slurs from your vocabulary. Even if you weren't being serious, there's no good way for you to convey this to everyone else, nor is there a way to know that they will be okay with it even if they understand you're joking.

Funny joke but it has a lot of truth behind it; I regularly protest the ULTRA draconian leftist/feminist system Riot adopted in prior years, I find it to be one of the worst possible systems they could implement. It is easily the most draconian ruleset in any game I have ever played... that being said, I do my utmost to always follow the rules because in the end, Riot makes the rules, I do not.

Their behavior doesn't matter in this case. You don't control them. you are responsible to control yourself, and ONLY yourself. Mute and report them at the end of the game. You exhibited a lack of control or reform on your behavior, and thus, you got permabanned. You chose to use hate speech. Lots of it. That's why you got banned. How did you even remotely think your behavior was okay?

Put in a support ticket and explain the situation; Zero-to-permaban cases are EXTREMELY rare, a Rioter themselves told me that it is a very small percentage of players that get permabanned and an extremely small percentage of that percentage get zero-to-permabanned. So unless you legit dox-death threatened people in a game, I see no reason for you to potentially not have your permaban overturned. Keep in mind this is assuming you are telling the truth.

Okay, let me try this again. People have been chat restricted in the past for "gg ez" after demolishing an enemy laner. This? This is not acceptable. Not even remotely. If you got the 
dropped on you and have never received a chat restriction before, this means that someone from Riot manually looked at the report.

Karunamon2 votesIf you're used to other games (stuff like CSGO and DOTA), you're probably not familiar with the level of civility that people are used to around LoL (trolls aside). With those games, you basically have to make personal threats and use racial slurs to get banned.. here, the standards are much, much more strict.
Basically, there's stats that show this kind of chat literally makes your team perform worse. I don't understand the reasons for it, but Riot's got the numbers to support it.
I'm sorry you lost your account without understanding that, but please consider reading the Summoner's Code again and make sure you're okay with following that or your next account will just wind up hammered too.
Riot only bans accounts, not people (with very few exceptions), so you're more than welcome to make a new account and play again.
