I don't understand my main's Boards permaban message (from GD)

Hello, As your account does not have a Summoner name associated with it on the Boards, we cannot continue to let the account have access to posting on the Boards. Your Boards account is now permanently suspended.

What does that mean? What did I do wrong? Can I be told what I did wrong and unbanned so that I can avoid making the same mistake again and post normally?

I originally posted this on this GD thread, and a commenter informed me of this particular Board's existence and suggested I repost my question here.

Our apologies in the mistake in banning of your forum account. Your account was accidentally banned with some mass spam on the boards. We have restored your thread and your account will become unbanned in 1 hour. Once again we are apologize for this inconvenience.

I heard something about there being account dispute issues with those that don't have a name displayed on the boards. Please submit a Support Ticket for help with that, and I'd suggest not posting on other accounts until it is resolved so as to avoid getting those banned too. If your issue gets resolved, make sure you request the boards ban to be lifted as well.
