Account banned can anyone help me?

Hello, my account was banned last night for 3rd party programs. Now I did contacted riot support but they didn't have an answers on legit why I was banned. I don't use scripts and never have so I am unclear why I am banned. My hope is someone would be able to help me figure out what I should do. I have put so much into this game, I have every champs and good amount of skins so I am not sure why I would risk my account by using hacks. I have spend so much time and money I don't really want this to be wasted. I also should mention that I have been to two lcs events and plan on going to the finals for worlds this year. When I play league I only run Spotify, Web browser, Obs(Sometimes) so I am not sure why I was banned.I really just am hoping to get my account back so if anyone can help thank you.

Banned for 3rd party programs usually means one of the following to my knowledge: -you're using hacks (which you eliminated this in your post) -the person elo boosted and said elo booster used scripts (you still have your border so that's out) -the account was leveled using bots (i.e. you bought the account and didn't know it was botted to 30) -you're using some other software

You should keep bugging support if all of these don't apply.

I am in the same boat as you. Never used a hack/script/whatever and got banned for it. It's making me sick to my stomach and I am so confused and insulted.

You're likely screwed, but keep ticketing, and never let up, because with a banned account there's no reason to ever stop re-opening tickets.

Source: banned for nothing, countless tickets all telling me they have proof they can't show me (that can't exist except in error), oh well

Riot can tell when you're cheating in game folks wow man you even come onto the forums and lie about it.
