Riot pls help me. I recently got permbanned for flaming, the only reason why I flame was because of trollers, people inting, and other flamers. but I feel like I'm the only one getting banned. can u pls give me a extra chance and I will reform without flaming?
Unfortunately I can't bring good news: the only time Riot reverses permanent bans is when they were applied in error.
Your chat restrictions & 14 days suspension was your "extra chance".

The arrogance on you, thinking you have the right to flame people because they had a bad game, as if you have never lost lane and/or feed in games. It was a just ban if you ask me. You deserve this.
