Riot pls help me. I recently got permbanned for flaming, the only reason why I flame was because of trollers, people inting, and other flamers. but I feel like I'm the only one getting banned. can u pls give me a extra chance and I will reform without flaming?

Each of those players was subject to more than an account ban: either a competitive ban or a personal ban that means EVERY account they played on would be banned. These specific bans can be lifted, but no ACCOUNTS were restores. In those cases the player was simply allowed to make a new account again...something normal permanent banned players are free to do already.
Basically, they had a permanent++, which can get reduced to a standard permaban.

The arrogance on you, thinking you have the right to flame people because they had a bad game, as if you have never lost lane and/or feed in games. It was a just ban if you ask me. You deserve this.
