unfairness

i was in a leauge game when i couldnt click anything, it said i was afk but i clearly wasnt. My teamate died in the first 2 min then a poll showed up to restart the game, on the poll there was 5 slots to vote meaning i wasnt afk, but the game said i was afk and once the poll was voted yes to redo the game, i got a 20 min que timer when i wasnt even afk! my leauge was just glitched so everywhere i clicked nothing happened. WTFFFFF. 20 MINUTES!!!!!
