You don't need a Riot member.
After a 14-day ban the next punishment will be a permaban and YOU ARE ON THIN ICE. The slightest toxicity can get you punished.
After a while (based on the amount of games you play) this status will go away and you will drop a punishment 'level'.
(So after a while you are more likely to get a 14-day ban than a permaban, and after an even longer while it would be a 25 game chat restrict and so on.)
