To my knowledge I have never been banned or restricted yet I never get any hextech chests to drop in hundreds of games. I have probably gotten the s rank maybe 20-30 times or more in this time and I have never gotten a chest to drop. I was wondering why this is.

Taking a look at your match history, I notice that you play only Garen. Unfortunately, you can only receive one chest per champion per season, so once you earn a chest on a champion, you will be unable to earn another chest while playing as that champion until next season. If you want more chests, you're going to need to play a variety of champions.

StarTorched1 votesYou can't receive multiple chests for a single champ. If you go to your profile and check your champs, the ones that have a gold border around them means you already earned a chest for that champ, the ones that don't mean you can earn one.
P.S: You will only earn a chest if you own the champ and if the S is received by you or someone in your premade, just an FYI though I'm sure you know it already :)
