account being banned

ok im sick of this. im extremely upset. it has been 6 months since i got my account permanently suspended and i sent in a number of emails. ive sent a ticket and ive have got nothing. no reply. no email. im furious and im about to lose my mind because when my account basically got banned, it said that i would get details on why in my email and ive got nothing from riot. why is riot like this, ive talked to alot of other players and they tell me the same if not similar situations. im not a negative player and i follow the summoners code. so im so baffled at why my account would be banned when i see SO MANY players talk their shit in game or chat and they recieve no punishment. while i on the other hand suffer from reasons unknown. what can i do to get my account back ive written on he so many times and im getting tired of it. im getting tired of sending emails to no avail. tickets that wont even get me anywhere. please what can i do????

If you aren't getting emails, you need to check if the correct email is verified with the account by going to your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings. After you've ensured it's correct there, in your email make sure Riot Games is whitelisted and not sending their emails to your spam folder.

Also, tickets submitted through the player support page can be checked there as well. Log into the support site and go to "My Tickets". If you need further assistance regarding submitting a ticket post on Help & Support and they'll check to see what's up.

thank you for the tips. i knwo for a fact that i have the right email for my account. and ive my emails i got nothing from riot. ill double check anyways. thank you for everything
