Soo I have a number of bones to pick with riot. wait before you say anything am not banned. i still have my account.

I have a genuine problem with riots system, atleast what i am understanding of it workings.

First getting perma banned or instantly banned for all eternety. is very scary though, soo just this one thing by itself. is making me buy less skins. and in general I am supporting this game less, soo much that it would take roughly 3-4 years for me to give riot the money i would normaly give them in a year.

all this just from the single though of getting insta banned. By a GOd damn automated system that runs on an algoryhtm. that cant take into account what happens in champ select. player ingame movment with what they said and have done in champ select.(cause its not an A.I)

tell me how can you not get titled when you get a summoner callled ANAL EXPLLOER, is in your game as a support. he picks ezreal. makes sure Me as an adc. is denied all farm for the first 20 minuts,.

how can you expect me to keep my compsure. how can you expect to not get extremly furius and annoyed, and generaly all level's of mental stats triggered to an unexpected level. how can an algorythm tell if someone is toxic as a god DAMN TUMOR. if they dont say nothing but let there ingame movment. there bans. etc do nothing besides being a giant god damn thorn in your god damn back.for god damn 30 minuts. in a god damn competetivet inviroment?`

I can not understand how an automated system can really connect how someone speaks etc with there ingame movments or the roll they where assigned. and then carry out appropriate punishment.

Soo riot unless you can create a superhuman intellligence AI, I find it hard tooo accept or even understand your general basline for implimenting a system runing on an algorythm that is not 110% right, at all instances at all time

i also am extremly infuriated by your replies to a number of people getting there accounts banned. when you refer to there chatlog. but you remove the in-game and in-champ select actions. as well as player movment ingame. and get them banned, you refer to 1 side of the caise,

and i cant really undesrstand how you can draw any conclusions at all from 1 single part of the whole picture.

i just cant refering to a chat log is like 1/10 of what is actually going on.

TL;DR I AM SCARED of PERMA BAN OUT OF Nowhere. soo scared i am buying less stuff ingame and supporting the game less than i have ever done(but am playing more than ever). in my life as I have an extrem level of worries about an automated system being right. unless it has a consiusness of it own. or it is an full brain emulation.

Then your terrorizing your own consumer base. atleast i am terrorized. terror - is not okay.

No one is saying you have to keep your composure or not get annoyed. Just don't do it through in-game chat or actions. Yell at your screen if you have to. Punch your pillow. Rant to your buddy on Skype. Riot isn't telling you how to live your live.

All they're saying is what is and isn't acceptable for in-game behavior. Yes, some people find this difficult, but there are tons of people who can totally keep their composure in that sort of situation, and it's a skill that can be learned pretty easily.

Because people always have the chance to not engage, to not rise to the bait, and to realize that sometimes this sort of thing happens and, while it sucks, there's really no way to make the other player cooperate. Report them, find stupid ways to entertain yourself in that game (making it a goal to kill the fed Akali, for example, or just to play your best even though you've already lost), and move on.

If you choose to respond to toxicity with toxicity, then YOU ARE BEING TOXIC. Sure, you may not have STARTED it, but that's not a free pass for your behavior.

If you're not toxic, you won't be banned. The system is REALLY good at avoiding false positives, as many of the Riot chat-log posts on "I was wrongly banned" threads indicate. I've been playing and talking since Pre-Season 1, for example, and haven't gotten a restriction or anything during that time.

Just learn to accept that some games are out of your control, find some enjoyment in silly things, and move on.

here are the instances you can get instapermaed with no warning:

  1. Use of unauthorized 3rd party programs
  2. Repeatingly using homophobic slurs / hate speech / KYS speech
  3. account got compromised (hacked), so they lock it for security reasons. Can be released
  4. inappropriate name (will get the account back after name change)
  5. Riot going bankrupt (and even if they do, I can see them selling the game to someone else and we'll continue to play)

If you don't do either of those (exception to point #5), your account is safe.

And don't let what you read here scare you. Most the time they are hiding / skewing information

  • People are ferried around in automated cars these days which are run by algorithms.

  • Medical devices that keep people alive are run by algorithms.

  • The entire financial system of the world, from multi-billion-dollar deals down to paychecks, ATMs and credit card transactions is run by algorithms.

  • The electric grid everyone of us depends on run by algorithms.

  • Even the computer you wrote this post on is run by algorithms.

So please, find another buzzword to try and justify feeling scared. And btw. its spelled ALGORITHM. Has nothing to do with dancing.

Riot is in denial that there are any problems with the system I have played the game since season 1 and was part of closed beta. I have seen the game gradually get more and more toxic because of lazy mods , trolls and cheaters.

Because of the lazy mods not judging anything and leaving it all up to their algorythem my origional account was permanantly banned after I had a group of hacking trolls report me AS A TEAM and did so repeatedly.

not all players that are permanantly banned even deserve to be punished at all. Also if you have a guy talking about how your a shit player for 40 min how can you get punished for responding in a rude way? the mute button works nicely but sometimes you need to talk to your team to get a working stratagy to win the game.

The mods don't want to believe that their HOLY ALGORYTHEM does not work because then they would have to judge cases or pay somone to judge cases.

The punishments WERE way to light and no one cared about them and NOW they are way too harsh and no one is caring about them because they just create fake acounts or "smurf accounts" as they are commonly known.

The mods also refuse to believe that many people have smurf accounts because it shatters their delusion that their punishment system is working because they don't see many "repeat offenders" but the thing is most people just create a new account or they have one account they play nice with and another they use to cheat and be toxic on.

People talk about this in the forrums all day every day I really don't understand why riot refuses to see what is right in their face!!!!

They need to have punishments that are ONLY for the people CAUSING the fight or problem and THEN they need to be things that people care about somthing like this:

#1loading times If they have to wait 20 min after they sign in before they are allowed to play because they went afk the last three games they might think twice

#2 items allowed to be used If you were toxic or trolled in the last game now you are limited to being able to by ONLY certain items or you are limited on how many items you are allowed to use in your build for a certain number of games

#3 limiting the use of their favorite champions for being toxic or trolling or going afk

If they like to troll or be rotten when they use a certain champ they might learn to not be like that if they are not allowed to use it a certain number of games because they were toxic or trolled.
