I like how in bronze everyone can jsut report you for asking them to do something that will benefit the lane nek minnut gets reported as toxic then permabanned rip my account and 600$ in skins thanks riot Pce Out

You won't get banned simply based on report volume. The reports are verified before you are punished, so simply "asking" someone to do something won't get you punished. What gets you punished is when you are antagonizing or insulting them and being consistently negative across many games.
Also, permaban is not even the first step; you'd have gone through 2 chat restrictions and a 14 day ban before this (except in severe cases), during which you should've figured out your behavior was not acceptable.
If you think your chat logs had nothing to verify a report against you, post your reform card.

Reports don't get you banned all they do is trigger riot to check the logs. If you got banned you were toxic. Simple as that.
