Updating Ranked Games

In the event of a player DCing at any time during a ranked match, be it the loading screen or in the the actual game. The game should be ended immediately with no league point's being deducted or awarded to either team, other than the DCing player losing LP and ban's enforced from ranked play. I'm all for the player being able to keep his account to play Normal's, as it takes a respectable amount of time to reach level 30 and unlock runes, champions, and skin's.
