On my birthday March 21, i spent over 100$ on league and got high with friends, we played a few games and during one game i acted all toxic and negative, and then i was perma banned, i understand what toxicity means and the consequences but no warning? and only one game i was being toxic because i was high? and what about the 100$ riot? I just really want to spent the RP i had and maybe you guys should consider changing your banning system because one match? one match and u get banned? what if u r high and ur brain can't process info? Riot please...

Perma ban comes from being punished previously or extreme toxicity

Which is your case

Also open a support ticket, if you feel the punishment is wrong

If you post the chat log provided in the email, or upon attempting to log into the banned account, we can probably point out what contributed to your ban.

Do you have the chat logs that were linked to you, and have you ever been punished before? Those two pieces of information (especially the chat logs) can help us figure this out.

and what about the 100$ riot?

It's been established that Riot doesn't take spending into account when determining punishments, and it's part of the ToS that you agree that you lose access to all purchased content in the event that your account is banned.

That is, unfortunately for you, your responsibility. Just like you can get a DUI for driving drunk, despite the fact that, while drunk, it might seem like an okay idea. Your actions in both situations still affect people other than yourself, and you are held responsible in both cases. Riot doesn't know or care you were high -- they care you were toxic in a game.

Under Riot's Terms of Use is the following:

2.1. How can my account be suspended or terminated? (If you break the rules, Demacian Justice will be visited upon your account!):

2.1.2. Us. We may terminate or suspend your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:

(a) you have violated any part of this Agreement;

(b) we have stopped offering the Riot Services in your region; or

We may make such determinations, among other ways, by using automated systems and machine learning tools.

I can't speak to your situation but the above section does highlight 'terminate or suspend' and it is to Riot Game's discretion. As some other summoners mentioned, I would send in a Support Ticket to get some clarity of your situation.

The System goes 10/25 games Chat restriction 14 day Ban perma. Those Tiers can be skipped in cases of extreme toxicity racism or any other Form of hatespeech. If you dont know what you wrote might habe triggered it feel free to Post your chatlogs. Also beeing high is Not an excuse.
