Keeping the Megaphone away from Toxic Players.

It seems that Riot has made some progress in keeping toxicity down, but I still run into toxic players a lot in all types of game modes. I have an Idea that comes from the extra credits episode on toxicity ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n9A8VJBh_Yc ) which is, if someone his a certain threshold of reports, they will be auto muted when the game starts (you can still unmute them) so they can't be toxic without the other player's consent. I'm not shure on how many games/how long this auto-mute would stay, but that's riot's choice if they use this model to reduce toxicity. In my opinion, this would solve a big chunk of toxicity problems in league.

They've actually shifted to permanently banning problematic players.

This idea just encourages people to be toxic until they get auto muted. And even if they are, people can still unmute them so they can still be toxic.

Valid points, but this would be for the people who aren't extreme levels of toxicity, maybe just annoying people who BM a lot.
