Any way to get unbanned?
I got banned back in the start of January and I really miss League. Is there any way to get my account back or will I have to lose skins and rank and make a new account?

If you were given a permaban, there's no way to get unbanned.
Yes, there are ways to get unbanned, mostly by proving (with very good evidence) that they banned you in error.
Normally there is a punishment ladder, 2 progressively longer chat bans, then a 14 day suspension, then perma as the fourth and final step. (It is also possible, by consistent good behaviour, to drop punishments levels.) However, behave badly enough, and Riot reserves the right to escalate anywhere straight up to a perma.
So, I'm guessing in those two games you were behaving rather badly...
