What is wrong with League of Legends

I wasn't sure where to post this so I just posted it here. I got chat-restricted for being "toxic". This is my issue. I have been told several times in the last month alone to get cancer and die. I have been told over and over that I suck 24/7 by constant solo q players. I then got really tilted because I got this same guy named "viper coils" who proceeded to troll me 3 games in a row while in promos. So I report him I even have all the footage of the constant trolling and he was being equally if not more toxic than me. Riot chat-restricts me someone who has never posted on the forums. Someone who has never had one warning from Riot about toxicity. No popup messages no restrictions or suspensions. And I get punished for having this guy named "viper coils' be toxic to me from champ select to the in game and trolling me and single handily costing us 3 games. So I fail to understand why I am chat-restricted. The only thing I ever said was the same general crap that the other 99% of this community says when they are tilted. I have been threatened, my family has been threatened. I've been told to get cancer, ebola, aids, etc..and go die. Those people don't get chat-restricted but I do? The fact is Riot doesn't give a shit about their fan base anymore. If they did they would fix broken champs and broken items, but they don't, until there's a huge ass up roar about one specific item or champ. League of Legends is not fun anymore because if you don't pick the same 15 champs you lose. Its not fun to play with your friends anymore because it makes you get pissed at each other. This game like Dunkey said best is garbage. It is a game to play with friends and barely pay attention to anymore. And in some cases just a way to make easy money off twitch and youtube. Good that Riot lets people use their game to make a living off of it, but the fact is the client sucks, the tribunal banning system/punishment system sucks. Riot has issues all over the places from items,champs, and just the game in an overall. I used to enjoy this game to a great extent. I have EUwest accounts NA accounts and Latin accounts because I have friends all over the world because of gaming communities and never have I ever been warned for my behavior in a game. Dunkey said it best Riot wants us to be Robots. I hope that this game that I once enjoyed to a great extent gets back on track because my personal opinion I can't watch the LCS anymore I can't play this game on a daily basis because it just makes me angry at it. My client crashed my entire computer about a week ago. I constantly am reluctantly playing this game because well all my other games have over 200 hours on them and are boring to play at this point. And only god knows how many hours and much money I've spent into league of legends on skins and champs. This is what is wrong with League of Legends. Well just a general overview. I loved this game now its more of a hate love relationship as opposed to the love I had for it before. I hope this game can fix these issues because some of them are starting to get out of hand.
