Perma Banned
I really need to speak with a customer of your survice for my ban because i think that it gone to far away. Please respond immidiatly

If its a perma ban, they cant do anything for ya fam
ToS is there for a reason, if you cant follow it, you dont deserve the agreed account
The best course of action is to send a ticket to Player Support.. If it is a behavioral ban you can also get community input by sharing your chat logs and your punishment history.
It should be noted that, as per the Terms of Service you agreed to when you created an account, you do give Riot the right to suspend your account (even permanently) if they see fit. So if Player Support determines that the ban is indeed properly applied then that's about all you can do.
